MAIN CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS FOR TOURISTIC HOLIDAYS:



Booking: tourist agency ISCRA Srl accepts reservations for any touristic services (transfers, accomodations, excursions, meals and so on), issuing of travel documents, insurance, plane-tickets, thermal and beauty treatments and so on. All reservations and bookings must be sent by e-mail to ISCRA srl at least 15 days before the beginning of the tour. The e-mail must clearly contain the following informations: name and surname of the customer, number of the customers, accomodation required, itinerary, date of stay, number and age of children (if any) and any other informations necessary for an immediate confirmation.

Any service required personally, by e-mail will be considered booked after an advance of 50% of the whole cost of the tour. As to plane tickets: Icra srl will book the plane-tickets after the whole sum has been payed. Without the payment of the whole sum, ISCRA srl has not the right to book the required plane-tickets.

Confirmation: all the advanced reservations and bookings will be confirmed by our agency in 24-48 hours after receiving them. If for any reason ISCRA srl is not able to confirm the services required, we will suggest an alternative. The customers must confirm the alternative services; in case there isn’t any confirmation of alternative services, ISCRA srl will consider the latter as confirmed.

Payment conditions: The whole cost of the tour and of the touristic services must be paid not later than 15 days before the beginning of the tour. If this condition is not respected, all reservations will be cancelled. Repayment for services, which have not been used for any reasons not due to ISCRA srl, are ruled by the conditions of cancellation.

Conditions of cancellation: If the customer waives already booked services for any reason, ISCRA srl will keep a penal sanction as follows: 10% of the whole sum if the cancelling is 15-10 days before the beginning of the tour; 50% of the whole sum if the cancelling is 9-5 days before the beginning of the tour: 100% of the whole sum if the cancelling is 4-1 days before the beginning of the tour. ISCRA srl has the right to change the rates at any time, according to the rules of the touristic market. ISCRA srl accepts any complaining from the customer within a week from his coming back home.

Responsability of the partners: ISCRA srl won’t have any responsability for any cancellation, change or delay due to reasons not depending on its control, such as: wars, revolutions, disorders, economical reasons, strikes, catastrophes, terroristic acts, technical damage, mechanical damage of the plane, closing of airports, railway, ferry-boats timetable, itinerary of taxis and also for cancellation or stopping of the tour for any reasons due to a visa not given by the Italian Consulate or any other reason not depending on ISCRA srl. If for decision of the authority or responsible person, the entrance into a country or the exit from it, or the permission to leave by plane, or to stay at the reserved hotel is denied to the customer for any reason, such as: drunkness or offence of the rules and the laws, ISCRA srl takes down any responsability as far as flight and accomodation are concerned. If the case there will be a penalty as for cancellation and the customer will have to pay all the other expenses due to his incorrect behaviour.

Settlement of controversies: any disagreement that may arise from the fullfilment of the present contract and that won’t be settled by a bilateral agreement, will be examined by the Law-Court of Genoa, in Italy.

Under no circumstances may the following be considered as confidential information: Any information that is contained in public bibliography or that may become public knowledge, unless it becomes public knowledge due to a breach of the agreement by one of the parties. Any information or know-how provided by third parties. When disclosure is required by law. Disclosure of any information at the request of Courts or Tribunals Information referring to economic data or any other kind that must be submitted to the State, local or autonomous authorities due to tax or labour requirements and administrative contracts.

Where the final consumer's stay or travel services are provided/rendered outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or out of the scope of the U.S.-European Union Safe Harbor Framework, controls on data protection may not be as strong as the legal requirements in PDPR. Therefore, you also explicitly authorizes ISCRA to pass that information to any service supplier located in countries which do not provide a level of protection comparable to that provided by this PDPR, for the purpose of processing the booking request. Nevertheless, ISCRA will not pass any information on to any person not directly responsible for travel arrangements.

ISCRA may disclose your personal information to third parties only for the purpose of completing your reservation and for the purposes of associated administration. Any data thus collected on this website may be transmitted, according to PDPR, to those entities that must be involved in order to contract the requested services.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND HEALTH REGULATIONS

International Travel: you are responsible for ensuring that you (your clients) meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met. ISCRA has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents.

Health: Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you (your clients) depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you (your clients) meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip. Online medical advice for travellers can be found at the Department of Health's website in your Country of origin. Otherwise, for medical advice regarding your journey, please contact your doctor.

Disinsection: Although not common, most countries reserve the right to disinsect aircraft if there is a perceived threat to public health, agriculture or environment. The World Health Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization have approved the following disinsection procedures: (1) spray the aircraft cabin with an aerosolized insecticide while passengers are on board or (2) treat the aircraft's interior surfaces with a residual insecticide while passengers are not on board.

Some overseas countries have an immigration requirement that a Customer's passport is valid for a minimum period after the Customer enters that country, typically 6 months. If a Customer's passport is in its final year of validity, the Customer is advised to confirm the requirements of the destination before making final travel plans. The name on the passport must match the name on the ticket, otherwise the Customer may not be able to travel and insurance may be invalid.

For information on visa requirements, Customers are advised to contact the embassy of the country they propose to visit.

Please note: It can often take some time to obtain a visa, so Customers are advised to apply in plenty of time. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.

BY OFFERING TRAVEL PRODUCTS IN PARTICULAR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, ISCRA DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH AREAS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK.

All travellers wishing to enter or transit through the USA under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) must apply for authorisation to travel using the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA). Please allow sufficient time when making an ESTA application. It is recommended that such an application is made at least 72 hours before departure. A number of governments are introducing new requirements for air carriers to provide personal information about all travellers on their aircraft. Accordingly, the Customer is advised to allow extra time to check in for his/her flight.
