Discover the food highlights of Naples and Sorrento coast, through the rolling hills of Tuscany and into the foodie capital of Emilia-Romagna. Let this journey tickle your taste buds and fulfill your culinary dreams. Learn about the history of different regions of Italy and the cuisine that hails from each "locale". 
Day 1Naples – Sorrento
Upon arrival at the Naples Airport start your journey on a beautiful, winding drive past Mt. Vesuvius. Proceed to Sorrento, arrive at the hotel for check-in & relaxation. In the evening enjoy a welcome dinner at a local seafood restaurant. Overnight in Sorrento.
Day 2Sorrento – Limoncello, cheese tasting & cooking lesson
Start the food trail experience by walking through the lemon groves and learning how to make the local Limoncello liqueur. And what’s a tour without a tasting? Have some Limoncello and try the local lemon jams before we head off to visit a family-owned dairy farm. Meet the cows and taste fresh mozzarella right after it’s made in front of your eyes. Prepare to get your hands dirty in our first cooking class by learning how to make a typical Italian lunch and eat your own creations. Return to Sorrento. Discover the town by your own, meeting local artisans and hearing tales of what it was like to grow up in this small coastal town. Overnight in Sorrento.
Day 3Capri
Drive about 10 minutes down to the port to hop on board of a boat (group boat tour) and sail across the sea towards the island of Capri. During the cruise around the Capri’s coast-line, we will make stops to allow you to swim in the crystalline sea of the Bay of Sorrento passing by the famous marine reserve of Punta Campanella. Once at Capri we’ll take a tour around the island, passing through the Faraglioni Rocks with stops into the White, Green Corel, Fisherman Grottos etc. On board we will serve you water, soft drinks and a snack. Disembark and free time to visit Capri from on land by your own. Return to Sorrento at scheduled time and transfer back to the hotel. In the evening enjoy beautiful views of Capri while dining in a typical historic restaurant located in the coastline. Overnight in Sorrento.
Day 4Sorrento – Naples – Florence
Check-out & transfer towards Naples. Meet the guide, enjoy a walking sightseeing tour of the city, stop at a typical café to taste Espresso coffee and the delicious Neapolitan sfogliatella pastry, have lunch in a typical pizzeria where you will taste the authentic Italian pizza! After lunch transfer to the train station and take a fast train to Florence (approx 3 hours by train). Arrive in Florence and check-in at the hotel. Enjoy dinner at a traditional Tuscan restaurant - try the famous Florentine Steak! End the day with an Italian Gelato. Overnight in Florence.
Day 5Florence – Food tour in Oltrarno – Visits to local artisan workshops
The day starts with ‘eat like a local’ walking tour of the city. Discover the Oltrarno area - the neighborhood on the other side of the Arno River. Visit a variety of eateries between visiting to local artisan workshops - with possible visits to a print press artist, a Florentine mosaic workshop or a leather sandal maker. Lunch at a local trattoria. Afternoon free time to shop, relax, or visit museums on your own. Overnight in Florence.
Day 6Florence – Cooking Class in the Tuscan Countryside
Walk to the Sant’Ambrogio market along with a chef where you will learn about the ingredients for the pasta class and buy a few provisions as well. Drive about 30 minutes from the market to a villa in the Tuscan countryside for an in depth lesson on making fresh pasta & enjoy some Chianti wines. Lunch on the fruits of your labor! Return back to Florence to enjoy some free time at your leisure to explore the city. Overnight in Florence.
Day 7Florence – Emilia Romagna Food Tour – Wine Resort
Check-out. Early transfer to the Emilia-Romagna region to learn how its traditional and iconic foods are made. Visit a Parmigiano-Reggiano factory, taste Prosciutto and the real balsamic vinegar of Modena directly from producers. At each stop we’ll savor tastings and top off the tour with a traditional lunch. After lunch, proceed to the Wine Resort, meandering through the vineyards. Dinner by your own at the resort. Overnight at the Resort.
Day 8Wine Experience at the Wine Resort in Emilia Romagna
Morning visit the wine cellars of the Resort to see how they produce their wines in house, and then end with a flight of wine tastings. After the winery tour, walk down to the on-site restaurant for tasting menu lunch paired with the wines you just tasted. Afternoon free time at the Wine Resort, relax at the Spa. Dinner by your own at the Resort. Overnight.
Day 9Emilia Romagna – Milan
Check-out & drive to Milan (approx. 3 hours), check-in. Enjoy some shopping time in the fashion capital. Overnight in Milan.
Day 10Milan Airport
Transfer to the airport to board the flight back home.
