Description: The Residence Palace, a modern complex, composed of two different buildings (Palace1 and Palace2), is situated in Sestriere, officially named as headquarter during the Olympic Games 2006, in the very heart of all the skiing areas of the Milky Way (Via Lattea). It is not far from the skilifts and easly reacheble thanks to a shuttle bus service on duty all day long.
Rooms: The Residence 1 and 2 offer one-room flats and two-room flats for 2, 4 or 6 pax per apartment. They are all very nicely furnished, supplied with wide sun-suit balcony and garage, provided with all modern comforts: cable-TV, direct line telephone, cooking corner with dishwasher and fridge, private bathrooms with shower and hair dryer, sterilized bed linen. The Hotel formula only in two-room flats, for a minimum of 2 pax and a maximum of 6 pax, guarantees the hotel-services for a beautiful and pleasant holiday.
Equipment: Each Residence has a reception with safe-deposit boxes, telephones and the possibility to connect to internet and pay by credit card. Ski-room. Shuttle-bus to/from ski slopes. Fitness center with gym, sauna, hydromassage and massage room, solarium and UVA shower; playroom with biliards, bridge and arcade with ping-pong and games. Bar, supermarket open all day and every day. The restaurant is located in the Residence Palace 2 for whom, who prefer the hotel solution, but it is open to all clients of the two Residences. It offers rich buffets for breakfast and dinner, as well table-service including vegetable, various kind of cold meats and salami, cheese, regional and national dishes. Activities arranged by the professional entertainment staff.
