Description: Immersed in a large park of forest plants, once the residence of Clara Calamai, Countess and actress of the 1940s, the Villa was recently restored and transformed into spacious apartments, all the while conserving the character of the moderate and elegant house of times past. This antique residence is found in the town of Mazzanta, between Vada and Cecina, in the heart of the Costa degli Etruschi, just a few steps from the sea and from the beautiful pine forest.
Rooms: three apartments: the Suite, the Family Suite and the Family Suite Superior. Services: air conditioning and heat, large terrace, or balcony for the apartments on the upper floors, large porch for those staying on the ground floor. All the outdoor areas are equipped with wooden tables and chairs. Available to our guests are a folding clothes rack and a small ironing board. The bathrooms have a sink, bidet, toilet, enclosed shower. The kitchenette is supplied with dishes, a cook top with three gas burners and one electric, a hood, a drainer, and a refrigerator with freezer. There is an Internet LAN, a 15” colour television with satellite reception of European channels, a telephone, a safe and hair dryers. There is an elevator to the upper floors.<
