Description: The villa was built in the early twenties by a famous Genoese industrialist as a summer residence for his family. Over the years the villa has then changed its owners as well as its appearance. It developed from a family residence into a pension and subsequently into a hotel. It is located in a sunny and quiet position, very close to Ortisei center (400m), very quickly and easily on foot as well. The Seceda skilifts are only at 400m. The bus station to skilifts is in front of the hotel. The hotel has got a dependance a few steps from the main building (5 metres).
