Description: The Residence Elianto is a new residence in Anzio area, south of Rome, 6km before Nettuno. The Residence is about 3km from the center. It is the result of an unusual restyling of a Villa, that was built by the King Farouk of Egypt. The Villa is in the typical Mediterranean style with Arabian influence. White walls, terraces, round windows, stairs, moved walls profiles, decorations in blue and natural colors, flowers. The Villa is on the beach of Anzio, some of the apartments have a direct exit to the beach. All apartments are moder furnished, air conditioning in each.

ANEMONE-Mono (big) 35-40sq.m: 1 big bed, 2 twin beds, sea view. The apartment is divided in two separate sides by furniture.
OLEANDRO-Mono (particular) 35-40 sq.m + second floor: this apartment has a second floor open on the downstair room with two additional beds. On the ground floor there are 3 beds and a big bathroom, divided into two parts to allow more confort for 5 people
ORTENSIA and GELSOMINO Mono; A room with a big bed (2 persons), kitchen corner, bathroom, intimate atmosphere. From Gelsomino You can see a little bit of sea.
GINESTRA Mono: similar to Anemone, You have in addition a very big bathroom and a big terrace with sea view.
DALIA Bilo 35-40mq ; two separate rooms, a hall with a single bed and a room with one bed (french size) for 2 people. The balcony gives the impression to be in the water!
MIMOSA- Bilo (very big) 60 sq.m.: The bigger room has a fireplace, 2 twin beds and another additonal on request. In the bedroom there is a big bed for 2 people. Direct access to the sea, big balcony with sea view
PAPAVERO-Mono: This was the ancient “mosque” of King Farouk. Very intimate for a couple! The ceiling is a cupola. The door with glass gives beatiful view of the outside sea
GIRASOLE-Bilo: 2 small rooms, one bed (french size) for 2 people and one single bed. The apartment has 3 very big (3 meters large) oval windows (one of these in the bathroom!) on the sea.
MUGHETTO-Mono: This apartment is as a bilo, divided by furniture. For 3 persons is OK. 2 big oval windows (3 meters large) and a balcony. Sea view.
ORCHIDEA-Mono 35 sq.m: 2 twin beds and one big bed for 2 people (there is a corner for the privacy of the guests). 3 very big (3 meters large) oval windows. Direct access to the sea
NARCISO-Mono: This apartment is for a fanatic of the sea. It is on the ground floor, one room with a big bed, large bathroom, the sea is out the door.
ROSA-bilo: two room apartment consists of a living room with two single beds and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment also has a terrace with garden furniture and sea view.<
Equipment: In the main building at disposal of the guests: barbecue, electrical oven, bar, many terraces and of course the beach. Parking area. |
